She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Elmer, Susie Bagnall and Philip. She is survived by: her uncle Daniel Bagnall; her son John-Michael Hargis (Soraya Cordero); her mother Barbara; her sister Kelly Thieme (Jeffrey); her nephews, Adam Thieme and Joseph Thieme; her aunts, Jane Durnin and Dorothy Bagnall; her uncle Kent Bagnall (Lindsay); her cousin Cathy (Mario); her stepchildren, Jason Hargis (Jeanneace), Erica Hargis Conner (Monte) and Marisa Hargis (Zak Rzik); and her stepgrandchildren, Aidan Conner and Nolen Conner.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Rolla Animal Shelter.
