He was predeceased by: his parents, David L. Davis and Ruby P. Davis of Rolla; his sister Delores Fowler; his brother-in-law Thomas Fowler; and his niece Julie M. Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy L. Davis (Phillip); his wife Mary L. Davis (Sellers); his son Tony Davis Jr.; his sisters, Melba Miller (Carl), Cindy Loughridge (Bud) and Diane Hunt (Jerry); and his granddaughters, Kristal Evans Ericka Brown (Andrew) and Breana Davis. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
