He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Meadows and Mary Jane Meadows (Scheffler); and his brother Tony Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Mary Meadows (Harris) of Rolla; his daughters, Barbara Hoffman (Matt) of Rolla and Lynda Grossnicklaus (Kevin) of Ellisville, MO; his stepchildren, Donnie Ingram (Vickie) of Thomasville, NC and Natasha Ingram; his siblings, Roger Meadows, Tim Meadows of Festus, MO, Pat Schmidt (Larry) of Barnhart, MO, Carolyn Johnson of Rolla, MO and Barbara Seebeck (Bob) of St. Louis, MO; and his grandchildren, Dakota Hoffman, Wyatt Hoffman, Haylee Meadows, Alexis, Emily, Hanna, Phillip and Zack.
