He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bower and Anne Bower (Shaler). He is survived by: his wife Gail Bower (Terrell); his daughters, Christina Bower of Rolla and Rebecca Bower Aegan of Ozark, MO; his sister Mary Bower; and his grandchildren, Brittany Luebbert, Nichole Akers, Faith Aegan, Hannah Ragan and Wyatt Aegan. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; other extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses.
