He was predeceased by: his father Thomas "Dale" Ousley; and his grandparents, Lois Russow (Spencer), Helen and Houston King. He is survived by: his mother Edith Johnson (King) of Rolla; his daughters, Rhiannon Darnall (Josh) of Bismarck, AR., Deannon Ousley of Arnold, Chandi Shockley (Brant) of St. James and Casey Ousley of Rolla; the mother of his children Janet Ousley of Arnold; his siblings, Dennis Ousley (Anna) of Rolla and Teresa Woody (Steve) of Raytown; and his uncle Charles Ousley (Frances) of Rolla. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Phelps County Recreation for the Handicapped.
