He is survived by: his children, Bill Madsen (Darleen) of Byhalia and Karen Kinder (Rob) of Rolla, Missouri; his grandchildren, Roger Gardner of Byhalia and Amanda Fitzpatrick (Kelly) of Beijing, China; his siblings, Velma Miltenberger of Clarkston, Washington and Vincent (Delores) of Sioux Falls; and his cousin Merlyn Cadwell of Hudson, Wisconsin. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
