She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lewis and Karen Elizabeth Lewis (Langston); and her brothers, Craig Lewis and Kirk McIntosh. She is survived by: her siblings, Harry Lewis and Margaret Devito of St. Robert, MO; and her sister-in-law Lisa Lewis of St. James, MO. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and numerous family and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greentree Christian Church (800 Greentree Rd, Rolla, MO 65401).
