She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Patton, Sr.; her parents, Anna Mae P McDowell Laney and Harold Laney; and her siblings, Harold Gene Laney, Lloyd "Tody" Laney and Janet Offill Woodworth.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard L Patton Jr. (Sharon) of Imboden and Delaney Andrew Patton (Bethany); her grandsons, Caleb Patton (Bethany) of Rolla, Brice Patton (Rachel) of McCordsville and Delaney Patton Jr. of Willford; her siblings, Leroy Laney (Jaye) of Texas, Patsy Nash of Vida, Genevieve Tucker of Waynesville and Becky Lane of Waynesville; and her caregiver Reena Gann-Jones of Poughkeepsie, Arkansas.. She is also survived by three great grandsons and two step-great grand children and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James & Gahr Mortuary - Rolla (1651 MO-72, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
