He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowland and Jessie Rowland (Russel); his siblings, Dave Rowland, Joe Rowland, Ruth Lee, Wilma Kitchen, Betty Enloe, Viola Ware and Cleo Carlisle; and his grandchildren, Bradley Melton, Amber Susic, Haven Ragan and Boone Cover.
He is survived by: his wife Cherry Rowland of Rolla, MO; and his children, Jesús Ornelas of Bandon, OR, Judy Rhodes of Champaign, IL, Benita Beem (Steven) of Rolla, MO, Pita Dillon (Jim) of Rolla, MO, Rosalinda Ragan of Rolla, MO and Angelica Skaggs (Bill) of Rolla, MO. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
