She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry N. Fleming and Ruth Fleming (Ustick); her husband Charles E. "Bud" Schmidt; and her brothers, Donald Fleming and Nelson Fleming.
She is survived by: her children, Ed Schmidt (Marilyn) of Rolla, MO, Karen Reinhart of Jupiter, FL and Rosemary Bishop of Pensacola, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
