He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster and Geraldine Fitzsimmons; and his brother Alvi Foster. He is survived by: his significant other Peggy; his children, Carmela, Troy (Kat) and Julie (Adam); his granddaughters, Artemisia, Inara, Cordelia, Maya, Adalynn and Cora; and his siblings, Thomas Foster and Paulette Schultz.
