He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Worthy and Ellen Worthy (Davis); and his pet Sandy. He is survived by: his sisters, Beth Oberman of Olathe, Diana Williams (Mark) of Rolla and Kay Willenbrink; and his husband Greg of Dixon. He is also survived by three nephews and three nieces.
