He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Albert Johnson and Ruth Ann Johnson Brotman (Woolley); and his brother Robert Karl Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Lee Richard Johnson of Wichita, KS, James Daniel Johnson of Rolla, MO, Timothy Douglas Johnson (Heather) of Swedeborg, MO and Amanda Ruth Kossuth (Jared) of St. James, MO; his siblings, James Johnson of Reidsville, NC, Craig Johnson of Archbald, PA and Patti Brush of St. James, MO; his stepfather Irwin "King" Brotman of Orange City, FL; and his stepsisters, Michelle Brotman of Orange City, FL, Lisa Sosa of Deltona, FL and Jennifer Enos of Plantation, FL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
