He is survived by: his children, Randy Wagner Jr. of Rolla, MO, Rusty Wagner (Elizabeth) of Newburg, MO, Samantha West (Bryan) of Decatur, IL and Kristie Hyman (Jody) of Washington, MO; his siblings, Tom Wagner of Dixon, MO, Ted Wagner (Tracy) of Buckhorn, MO and Shelley Caton (Russ) of Rolla, MO; and his grandchildren, Zachary Wagner, Cooper Wagner, Maisyn Wagner, Braelyn Wagner, Dakota Hyman (Rylee Dixon), Kara Hyman, Aston West, Andrew West and Luna West.
