He is survived by: his sister Martha Evans of Jefferson City, MO; his daughters, Lisa Lynn Fox of Jefferson City, MO and Diana Bentele (Vic) of Hanna, MO; and his grandson Benjamin Everett Perkins (Amanda) of Lebanon, MO. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
