She is survived by: her husband James Dale Phillips; her brother Ronald Phelps (Norma); her daughters, Claudette Michels (Troy) and Christina Deardeuff (Robert); and her grandchildren, Jason Phillips (Shelly), Brittany Phillips (Faron), Megan Vincent (Jeffery), Cole Deardeuff (Mackenzie), Taylor Pepe (Dalton) and Mason Michels. She is also survived by great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
