He was predeceased by: his daughter Brenda Lee Woods (Mowatt); his brothers, Thomas, Robert, Alexander, James, Joseph and Ralph; his half-brother Raymond Pellon; and his brother-in-law Harold Duff.
He is survived by: his spouse Florence Mowatt (Phillips); his son Phillip Clair Mowatt (Jackie) of Rolla, MO; his sister Alexina Forrend (Toni); his sister-in-law Betty Duff (Phillips) of Trow Hill, VT; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Stewart (Rick), Jake Mowatt (Megan), Patrick Sutton and Alexandra Sutton; and his great grandchildren, Leo Stewart and Wyatt Stewart.
