She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Bertram (Ted) and Jewell Azalea Shaw; her husband David Jack Freeman; her sisters, May Wright (Don Wright) and Fay Troutt; her daughter Linda Beth Rechtiene; her son-in-law Mark Rechtiene; her son Robert David Freeman (Pamela); her grandchildren, Matthew Rechtiene, Sara Conyers, Theodore Freeman and Samuel Freeman; her great grandchildren, Brayden Rechtiene and Evelyn Conyers; and her nieces, Sandra Troutt and Carla Wright.
In lieu of flowers, Peggy would like donations to be made to either the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) or to the American Macular Degenerations Foundation (AMDF).
