He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Stigall and Thelma Stigall (Rinkenbaugh). He is survived by: his wife Mary Plunkett; his daughters, Colleen Schilling (Paul Schilling) of Coralville, IA and Claire Stigall Sheppard of Atlanta, GA; his brothers, Richard Stigall of Richmond, MO and Gary Stigall of Yuma, AZ.; and his grandchildren, Nicole Brooke Schilling of Iowa, Michael Paul Schilling of Iowa, Laura Claire Schilling of Iowa and Amelia Colleen Sheppard of Atlanta, GA..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First United Methodist Church, 803 N. Main Street in Rolla, MO 65401.
