She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Spafford Penninger and Winona Marie "Brownie" Montgomery Penninger; her former husband James Robert Penninger; and her sister Linda Henry. She is survived by: her husband Bill Webb of Charlotte, NC; her son Scott Webb (Leslie) of Tustin, CA; her grandchildren, Chelsea Webb of Orange, CA and Taylor Webb (Katie) of Upland, CA; her great grandchild Harper Webb of Upland, CA; her siblings, Barbara Ipock (Lynn) of Mountain View, MO and Bob Penninger (Christy) of Springfield, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Howard Henry of Springfield, MO, Joe and Marsha Webb of Mountain View, MO. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
