She was predeceased by: her father David Roland Hawkins; and her mother-in-law Eva Cottingham. She is survived by: her mother-in-law Anna Belle Hawkins (Nickelson); her husband Dr. William Cottingham of Rolla, MO; her children, Julie Metheny (Bryance) of Birmingham, AL and David Cottingham (Lisa) of Pacific, MO; her siblings, Michele Higbee (Lee Friddle) of Dallas, TX, Michael Hawkins (Pat) of St. Louis, MO and John Hawkins (Pam) of St. Louis; her sister-in-law Suzie Faenger of Rolla, MO; and her grandchildren, Gavin Cottingham, Blake Cottingham, Eva Leigh Metheny, Jewell Metheny and Jordan Ballard (Chase). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Null & Son Funeral Home (1010 Kingshighway, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
