He is survived by: his parents, Tonya Wallace Carroll of Bowling Green, FL and Matthew Duwayne Carroll Sr.; his girlfriend Corpus Cristy Routhe; his daughters, Lyllian and Emma-Lyn Carroll of Bowling Green, FL; his brothers, Patrick Wallace, Joey Carroll of Bowling Green, FL and Michael Carroll of Bowling Green, FL; his grandparents, Ann, Tom Parson of Rolla, MO, Rickey, Donna Wallace of St. Clair, MO, Robert and Patsy Vickery; his uncle Todd; his aunt Tina Yeggy of Rolla, MO; and his close friend Sissy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
