It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jo McDermott (Rolla, Missouri), born in Benton, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jarvis and Flossie Jarvis (Cole); her former husband Jack Curtis McDermott; her son Dennis McDermott; and her sister Charlotte Smith-Vogel.
She is survived by: her husband McDermott Orchard; and her daughters, Debbie Walker (Ed) of Hudson and Susan Bales (Bill) of Rolla, Missouri. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Greentree Christian Church of Rolla, MO.
