She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey George Riley Shivers and Mary Catherine Shivers (Storr); her son Tommy Lewis; and her siblings, George, Henry Shivers and Rosa Mae Bonebrake.
She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Shanks of Dixon, MO, Carol Wojtasik of Rolla and Frank Shivers of Rolla; her grandchildren, Grant Lewis of Springfield, MO and Conner Lewis of Kansas City, MO; and her great grandchild Raylee Lewis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
