He was predeceased by: his wife Patty (Dierberg); his siblings, Morris Branstetter, William Rinehart, James Rinehart, Hansen Rinehart, Thomas Rinehart, Jesse Rinehart and Mary Frost (Rinehart); and his siblings-in-law, Francis Branstetter, Kathleen Rinehart, Fern Rinehart, Mary Belle Rinehart and Garth Frost.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Rinehart (Angie) of Columbia, MO and Karen Jones (Dean) of Salem, MO; his grandchildren, Colby Rinehart, Martin Jones, Lindsay Rinehart and Katherine Jones; and his sister-in-law Betty Rinehart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Oak Grove Cemetery.
