Lucy Ellen Robison Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Ellen Robison (Rolla, Missouri), who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Phenix and Eunice Phenix (Vandiver); her husband Paul Robison; her daughter Paula Verkamp; her siblings, Borden Phenix, Robert Phenix and Mildred Burnett; her stepmother Opal Phenix; and her stepsister Sharon Watson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ben Verkamp (Tory) of St. James, MO and Amy Verkamp McArthy (Matt) of Valley Park, MO; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Elizabeth McArthy of Valley Park, MO; her son-in-law Randy Verkamp of St. James, MO; her sister Helen Moreland (Jim) of Vienna, MO; and her sister-in-law Liz Phenix of Steelville, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts are suggested in support of the St. James Library, where Lucy spent afternoons reading to community children for many years.
