He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Steelman and Berniece Steelman (Stephens). He is survived by: his wife Jane Steelman (Buffington) of Rolla; his sons, Darren Steelman (Jennifer) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Matt Steelman (Jenny) of Branson, MO; his brother Keith Steelman (Annette) of Salem, MO; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Seth, Abbie, Royal, Jasper and Oakleigh Steelman. He is also survived by loving nephews, nieces and cousins and dear friends.
