It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Ardilra Chalk (Rolla, Missouri), who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Duncan and Buelah Duncan (Harper); her husband Hewitt Chalk; and her daughter Verba Alkire. She is survived by: her son Leon Lewis of Citrus Heights, California; and her grandchildren, Alice Pearce of Rolla, Missouri, Tanya Lewis of Carmichael, California, Teresa Pearce of Success, Missouri and Shawn Lewis of Dixon, California. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
