He is survived by: his significant other Earlene Hoffman of Rolla; his children, Leslie "Gene" Foster of Niangua, MO, Leeta Crain of Rolla, Keith Foster (Carol) of Rolla and Kim Carmann (Scott); and his siblings, Ernest Foster of Mountain View, MO and Mattie Burks of Wright City, MO. He is also survived by grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
