He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard R. Rush and Leona Rush (Price); his wife Ruby J. Rush (Roberts); and his son Danny Rush. He is survived by: his children, Bill Rush (Loretta) of Bismark, ND, David Rush of St. James, MO, Donald Rush (Donna) of Hazelwood, MO and Shirley Cochran (Jim) of Perryville, MO; his daughter-in-law Linda Rush of Rolla, MO; his siblings, Norman Rush of Orlando, FL, Lillian "Bert" Cannon of Rolla, MO and Mildred Barton of Seattle, WA; and his grandchildren, Craig Rush, Clay Rush, Curt Rush, Jeremy Rush, Vickie Shackelford, Amy Mauck, Renea Ramirez and Jared Cochran. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
