He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Campbell and Penelope "Penny" Diane Clark (Baker). He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy "Timmy" Campbell and Lori Campbell-Dunning (Christopher); his nephew Chris Campbell; and his great-nieces, Jayda and Ava Campbell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and members of his extended family.
