She was predeceased by: her father Robert Larry. She is survived by: her husband Bobbie Caviness; her children, Joel Davis (Wanda Ornburn) of Moberly, MO, Anthony Caviness (Shelia) of Jefferson City, MO and Ashley Fortier of Washington State; and her siblings, Bob Fishbach of St and Susan Rossy (John) of Rolla, MO.

The family has suggested in lieu of flowers please make a donation in Juanita's memory to the American Cancer Society.
