He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maddox (Welschmeyer) of Rolla, MO; his son Joseph Maddox (Amber) of Salem, MO; his siblings, Michael "Mike" Maddox (Becky) of Mexico, MO, James Maddox (Sandy) of Licking, MO, Mary Maddox of Readsville, MO and Sandy Blankenship (Wendell) of Fulton, MO; his stepdaughters, Deanne Connell of Jefferson City, MO and Grace Johnson (Corey) of Rolla, MO; his grandsons, Zackary Maddox and Noah Maddox; his stepgrandchildren, Anita Connell, Shanon Connell, Alice Connell, Gabriel King and Mitchell Johnson; his great grandchildren, Autumn Maddox, Taylor Maddox and Becca Maddox; and his stepgreat-grandchild Ollivander Wolfe. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
