John Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Black and Alice Black (Reinkemeyer); his son Christopher Black; and his siblings, Garlyce Keyes, Sharon Stevenson, Barbara Black, William Black and Douglas Black.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Black (Hunter) of Rolla, MO; his children, Nicole Ellen Krebbs (Anthony), Vanessa Finnell of Rolla, MO, John Black of Kansas City, KS and Matthew Black of Rolla, MO; his siblings, David Black (Bonnie) of Camdenton, MO and Sandra Spencer (Archie) of Rolla, MO; his brother-in-law Carson Keyes of Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, Brittany Krebbs, Garrett Black, Geena Black, Grant Lewis, Mason Finnell, Jonathan Renaurd, Collin Black and Chloe Black. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Null & Son Funeral Home (1010 Kingshighway, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
