He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Clark Sr. and Daisy Ann Clark (Alexander); his wife Misty Fordice; and his sister Trijetta Ann Pettus (Clark). He is survived by: his sister Teri Lutz of Rolla; his children, Elijah Clark (Tamara) of St. James, Audrey Clark of Kansas City, Kendra Light (Michael) of Rolla, Elizabeth Stroup (Jim) of Steelville, Isaac Clark of Rolla and Victoria Clark of Rolla; his nephew Gabe Lewis; and his nieces, Rebecca Noble and Angie Lewis-Yates. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
