He was predeceased by: his brothers, Forrest Finley and Don Finley; and his grandson Austin Kelly Finley. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Finley of Rolla; his children, Renee Elrod of Rolla, Lady B. Finley of Republic, MO, John Kelly Finley of Belle, MO, Stacey Karr of Rolla and Jacque Moreland of Belle; his grandchildren, Adrien Helmig, Brendan Moreland, Megan Finley and Stacey Karr Jr.; his great grandchildren, Johanna Helmig and Drake Helmig; and his sisters, Ann Peterson of Rolla and Jane Honey of Fayetteville, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
