He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Marz and Evelyn Marz (Haught); his wife Patricia Marz (Landrum); his grandson John R. Marz; and his daughter-in-law Betty Marz.
He is survived by: his children, John Marz of Eldon, MO, Robert Marz (Brenda) of Rolla, MO, Richard Marz (Gabriel) of Germany, Daniel Marz (Susan) of Rolla, MO, Joe Marz (Sherri), Ed Marz (Shawny), James Marz of Columbia, MO, Susie Barnett (Brad) of Seattle, WA, Jane Jeffries (Johnny) of Camdenton, MO, Patty Custer (John) of Eldon, MO and Cathy Sorbello of Rolla, MO. He is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren; forty-six great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
