He is survived by: his daughter Kylee Green (Dustin) of Rolla, MO; his sister Jodi Gullett-Widger (Lindell) of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, Emma Green and Brooke Green; his nephew Jarred Gullett of Ohio; and his aunt Phyllis Wilson (Pete) of Newburg, MO..
