She is survived by: her husband Lyle Moritz; her sister Judy; her siblings-in-law, Herman Lewis (Mike) of Manito, IL, Ann Penfield of Rolla, Annette Phillips of Rolla, Traci Helterbrand of Rolla and Alan Moritz (Vera) of Springfield, MO.; her stepchildren, Dustin Moritz (Becky) of Wentzville, MO and Jessica Humphrey (Donnie) of Rolla, MO; her stepgrandchildren, Kaelan Moritz, Mason Moritz, Quintin Moritz, Faith Humphrey and Hope Humphrey; and her stepgreat-grandson Elias Humphrey Ragan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Community Church of God or Phelps Health Hospice.
