He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Wilkerson and Mary Elizabeth Marsh; his siblings, Curtus Wilkerson and Judy Wilkerson Armstrong (James); his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Barnett Zorumski and Burley Sanders; and his stepson Stephen Pitts.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Maria Wilkerson; his children, Dennis Wilkerson (Teena), Dana Wilkerson Wagner (Scott) and Doris Wilkerson Romi (David); his stepsons, Michael Towell (Sharon) and James Robert Moore; his siblings, Louritta Wilkerson Duncan (Prentice) and Theodore Wilkerson (Kathy); his siblings-in-law, Ethel Barnett Sanders and Dave Barnett Brumett (Elaine); and also Sunju Pitts. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous Great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James & Gahr Mortuary - Rolla (1651 MO-72, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
