He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Harris and Sarah A. Harris (Widener); his wife Barbara Conway Tryon Harris; his siblings, Delbert Harris, Gerald Harris, Marjorie Taylor, Lee Joy Willis and Juanita Faye Lyman; his daughter-in-law Sue Tryon; and his brothers-in-law, Mac Conway and Das Conway.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Tryon of Coweta, OK and Eric Tryon of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Frank Harris (Lana) of Rolla, MO, Ken Harris (Charlotte) of Edgar Springs, MO and Barbara Harris of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Molly Case, Brendan Case, Jace Tryon and Briton Tryon (Ashley); and his great grandchild Macie Tryon. He is also survived by family which includes: four daughters.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Null & Son Funeral Home (1010 Kingshighway, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
