He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Herman and Dorothy Maize (Broden); his wife Sharon Williams; and his son Ken Maize. He is survived by: his daughter Debi Hayes of Rolla; his grandchildren, John Hayes of Rolla, Collin Hayes, Brandon Johnson of Rolla, Dustin Johnson of Warrenton, Chris Reynolds of Webster Groves, Michael Green of Springfield, Ashley Maize of Rolla, Allison Maize of Jefferson City, Thoran Maize of Lake and Ashton Meekins; and his great grandchildren, Billy Abbott of Jefferson City, Violet Hayes of Peoria, IL and Logan Johnson of Rolla.
