He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Carrie Lewis (Bedoe); his wife Betty Irene Lewis (Echoff); his son Kevin Lewis; and his siblings, Harold, Don, David Lewis, Wanda Steele and Rita Studney.
He is survived by: his son Tim Lewis of Rolla; his grandchildren, Toby Lewis (Sara) of Rolla and Jody Hawks (Joe) of Rolla; his great grandchildren, Bailey Lewis, Tanner Lewis, Hazel Hawks and Josie Hawks; his siblings, Jack (Roxie), Leroy (Paula), Fred Lewis, Dollie, Bess, Linda and Judy; his daughter-in-law Sharon Lewis; his grandchildren-in-law, Brian of Rolla, Amy of Rolla and John of Rolla; and his sister-in-law Linda Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
