Ruth (Rolla, Missouri), born in Waynesville, Missouri, who passed away on April 2, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Craig Arthur Miller. She is survived by: her husband Dale Ruth of Rolla; her daughter Kelly Baldwin (Mark) of Springfield, MO; her siblings, Bruce Phelps of Rolla and Joyce Lutes of Rolla; her daughter-in-law Tracy Rosenow (Scott) of St. James, MO; her grandchildren, Zachary Baldwin, Zoe Baldwin, Cliff Rosenow and Colin Rosenow; and her nephews, Cody Phelps, Cole Phelps and David Hartman.
