With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Eugene Carlson (Rolla, Missouri), who passed away on January 27, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Carlson and Myrtle Carlson (Hawkinson). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Carlson (Schmid); his sisters, Mary Anna Anderson of Holdrege, NE and Carolyn Haase of East Lansing, MI; his children, Susan Carlson of Iowa City, IA, Virginia Carlson (John Wauchope) of Redlands, CA and John Carlson (Tara Risser Carlson) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Joshua Wauchope (Heather Wauchope), Arial Berman (Eric Bermen), Gavin, Xinlei, Tessa, Claire and Qing Carlson; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth (Libby) and John Wauchope (Jack Jack).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial contributions be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church (ilcrolla.org) or LeadaChild (leadachild.org).
