She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Jackson and Juanita Jackson (Deck); and her daughter Bethany Jill Smith. She is survived by: her husband Donnie O. Smith; her son Jason D. Smith (Jennifer A. Smith) of Rolla; and her brothers, Sonny Jackson (Pam) of Senath, Missouri and Scottie Jackson (Lila) of Senath, Missouri. She is also survived by uncle, an aunt, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
