He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Eckert and Edith Eckert (Willis); his wife Peggy Eckert (Davis); and his siblings, Louis Eckert and Dorothy Earhart (Jarvis).
He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia (Terry Lane), Barbara (Greg Hook) and Leigh Ann (Scott Smith); his grandchildren, Jeremy Lane (Amber) of Rolla, Zachary Lane of Rolla, Caleb Lane of Rolla, Aaron Hook of Rolla, Elizabeth Charney (Nathan) of Colorado Springs, CO and Colton Smith of Russellville, MO; and his great grandchildren, Jase Lane, Eva Lane, Lyric Lane, Everly Charney and Emma Charney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
