He is survived by: his wife Kate Howell (Lord) of Rolla, MO; his children, Greg Howell of Palatine, IL and Kristen Howell of Maryland; his brother-in-law Edward Lord of Reno, NV; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Yarrow and Kyle Howell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
