He is survived by: his brother David Stevens (Betty) of Elkin, NC; his niece Shelley Angel (Ed); his nephew Marc Stevens (Kim); and his significant other Phyllis Hollingsworth of Rolla. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; caregiver.
