He was predeceased by: his parents, Dionicio Lizama and Maria Lizama (Reyes); his children, Lynricia Lizama and Eric Lizama; his brother Joaquin Lizama; and his daughter Maria Lizama.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Lizama (Cepeda) of Rolla, MO; his children, Ryan Cepeda of San Diego, CA, Fred Lizama (Amanda Stadler) of Springfield, MO, Jackline Sandlin (Terry) of Camisano Vicentino and Dionica Maune (Kody) of Rolla, MO; his siblings, Benedicto Lizama of Oregon, Isidro Lizama of Saipan, Dionicio Lizama of Saipan, Milagro Muna of Saipan, Karmen Santos of Guam, Maryann Bulgrin of Guam, Fabiola Rumble and Maria Jesusa Curtis; his grandchildren, David, Maria, Gabriela, Harper and Thomas; and his grandpup Pepper. He is also survived by his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
